Welcome to IQ Option beginners Guide. Im Siva Trader A Crypto investor and a Professional Trader on IQ Option.
Are you looking to make your first trade on IQ Option? Adesh in this video will tell you how to start trading on IQ.
Lets get started!
Step 1: Lets Setup our free Trading Account.
IQ Option offers two main account types:
The Demo/Practice Account and The Real Trading Account.
On the Demo Account, you don’t need to deposit any money to start trading. You will be given free 10,000 dollars virtual money to test the platform and place your trades real time.
On the Real Account, you need to deposit real money to your trading account.
I always advice my students who are starting out, to make good use of the Demo account first. Once they are confident to trade on their own, they can switch to the real account.
Now we have our trading account setup, its time we understand some of the trading features on IQ Option
Trading Assets:
This is simply all the things available for us to trade on. It can be accessed on the top-left corner of the screen. E.g. Currency Pairs, bitcoin, stocks, gold and silver.
Call Option:
This is the Big GREEN button on the right hand side of the screen. This button is clicked when we predict the value of the asset will increase. Its also called the Buy/Higher Button.
Put Option:
This is the Big RED button on the right hand side of the screen. This button is clicked when we predict the value of the asset will decrease. Its also called the Sell/Lower Button.
Expiry Time:
This is know as our expiration time. Its the total duration at which our predictions will last. IQ Option expiry time ranges from 60 seconds to days. This means we can set our trades in seconds, minutes, hours or days.
All expiry time options, comes with different profit levels. The lower the expiry time the higher the profits. This can be set at the right hand side of the screen.
Amount:
This is the total amount of investment placed for each trade. for example, If we set an amount of 100 dollars and we place a trade. If our predictions are correct, we will make a profit of 90 percent that’s 90 dollars profit.
