Welcome back to the Market Chat! Sara Sabatino is a full time trader who uses the strat methodology to day trade stocks and futures. The strat is a methodology developed by Rob smith that breaks price action down into 3 types of bars and uses combos to trade reversals.
In this video we discuss the basics of the strat, how to day trade, how Sara builds a focus list, enters trades, and manages positions. We go through the important concepts related to the strat methodology such as the strat combos, candle types, broadening formations, exhaustion, and stop loss management.
